" Dear Pam, I just want to reiterate how happy Yolanda & I are about the house and working with you. We are thrilled that we picked the house and Dix Hills. Everyone from the seller himself to his attorney to the neighbors have been fantastic. I haven’t told you this, but on the day that we moved while I was sitting on the steps, taking a break with the kids, dripping in sweat after unloading the U-Haul the mail carrier drives up and shouts “are you Dani Adelstein?” I said, yeah, and he goes “Adelstein family Welcome to the Neighborhood! I’m Chester, and I’ll be your mail carrier and here’s your first piece of mail.” First of all I looked like a rock-star in front of my nephews and second of all it was the perfect first impression after closing on the house. As you know, we looked at probably 20 or 30 houses with you and half Yolanda liked and half I liked and this one which became “the one” was the first house we both agreed on. We are beyond happy that you guided us through every step of the way. We could not have accomplished this without you. You were our rock. You’re honest, you fought for us and you protected us. During every open house, we felt totally secure that we were with you, and we knew we weren’t going to get pushed around by a seller, a bidder, other agents, whomever. Your referral of Evan worked out tremendously as well. And truthfully, had we not closed on this house, Dash particularly because there was a bidding war, and it was getting scary for a while. I took comfort in knowing that even if we didn’t get this one – we had you – and we would have found another. That kept us going. The funny thing is, I remember coming back from our honeymoon and Yolanda said we need to go meet with Pam already. I said who’s that. And she replied it’s Larry’s referral and we need to start looking for a house. I sort of put the whole house hunting in the back of my mind because I felt like it was going to be stressful. It was a little nerve racking to know we were about to embark on this journey. But after meeting with you I knew we made the right choice.
